At our works, we have a combination of state of the art machines and conventional wood working machines. There are over 100 craftsmen at our factory involved in creating masterpieces of handcrafted wooden products. Location: Our manufacturing unit is located at Plot No. 5, Sector 27 A, Faridabad in Haryana on main Mathura Road (the road which goes to Taj Mahal, Agra). This is about 25 Km from New Delhi International Airport (20 Kms from New Delhi City Center). The dry port (container depot) is also about 8 Km from our works. Our factory is on a plot of 43000 sq. ft. having 'A' class constructed area of over 16000 sq. fts. Product Range: Our export product range includes Ethnic/Colonial Furniture, Antique reproductions, Furniture Components, Coffee Tables, Pliant, Decorative Wooden Boxes (Gift boxes, jewelry boxes), Frames (Large Picture frames, Mirror Frames, Table Mirrors, Photo Frames), Wooden toys and puzzles, Carvings, Candle and Lamp Stands, Corbels, Wall Bracket, Pine Wood Products and many custom made items. Our catalogues or web-site do not cover the complete product range as we are manufacturing a lot of products according to the designs and specifications of our buyers, which we do not include in our catalogue or display at our stand to keep the exclusivity of our customer. Experience: We started our venture into wooden products in 1989 and entered the international market with export of pinewood products (frames, carvings, furniture and components) to U.K. and are glad to mention here that as on date we have a good share in the U.K. pine wood market. Recently, CBI (a Govt. of Netherlands organization) has selected our company for the promotion of our furniture products in Europe. Now we have expert guidance of Mr. J. Jonker, (one of the most experienced consultants in Europe for wooden products) for designing, manufacturing and quality control. Besides manufacturing of hand crafted wooden products, we are also suppliers of high quality wooden components to world famous multinational companies like Sony, Whirlpool, Electrolux, Furnplast (a division of Leo Mattel). Quality Control As we are in the export market for last so many years and also suppliers to many multinational companies, we understand the concept of 'Total Quality Management' and successfully meet the stringent requirements of our buyers. Due to vast experience in wooden products and a team of technically qualified persons, we have a strong control over the timber purchase, which is the most crucial aspect of quality control in such Products. |
